Rite Choice Inc. was created to solve one of the biggest challenges in hospitality—finding consistent, dependable seasonal workers during the busiest months of the year.
With peak seasons in Foley, Orange Beach, and Gulf Shores bringing thousands of visitors to the coast, local employers often struggle to hire enough staff. Our mission is to provide a smooth, compliant, end-to-end staffing solution through the H-2B program.
We employ international workers directly with Rite Choice Inc., then assign them to local hotels, restaurants, and hospitality businesses. This structure ensures stability, compliance, and flexibility for employers while supporting workers with the resources they need to succeed.
